My shins had a bunch of bruises from kicking the bag. With this stuff the bruises barely even hurt and seem to fade faster. Works best after a hot shower. Also has a very potent mentholated smell that helps me breath easier if I use it before shadowboxing and other cardio. This product is a requirement for any Muay Thai practitioner. I even saw a bottle in a picture of Tony Jaa's private gym.
