I am recovering from a grade 3 AC separation and I want this to hold my shoulder together while I sleep and work out. So far it seems to fit well, it is very adjustable, and keeps my shoulder supported. I put a piece of foam inside the top to put downward pressure on the AC joint, that seems to be working. This is a great value for the money.
I also wanted to give the sizing for other buyers, I found it on the manufacturer's website. These are chest measurements:
Small (34-37") Medium (37-41") Large (41-45")
It really fits and works February 1, 2010

I was amazed at how well this shoulder support worked.
I have a bad rotator cuff and I "power walk" and I'm now
walking without pain in my shoulder for the first time in
about five years. With the support on I have no shoulder
pain during or after walking five miles and swinging my
arms constantly. I give it my highest recommendation.

Fairly comfortable brace that offers decent protection, good buy for the money used it to play rugby when my shoulder started popping out didn't prevent later dislocations but stabilized my shoulder enough to play
